Policy

As the recipient of our services, you will be charged based on the services you request. We take payments through cash, UPI, net banking, and most credit cards and debit cards. The cost of your treatment will be determined based on your initial consultation with our professionals.

When we schedule your treatment, especially surgeries, it requires careful planning and coordination between operating room staff and our administrative staff. In addition, we also prepare special medical instrumentation and sterilize them for each procedure.

Hence, we only entertain cancellations and issue refunds if they’re requested four days before the procedure.


At Kyra Clinic, we strive to provide high-quality medical and cosmetic treatments with complete transparency. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which cancellations and refunds may be considered.


1. Appointment Cancellation

  • Patients may cancel or reschedule their appointment at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may attract a cancellation fee.

  • No-show appointments are non-refundable.


2. Advance Payments / Booking Amount

  • Certain procedures require an advance or booking amount to confirm the appointment.

  • All booking amounts are non-refundable, but can be adjusted towards another treatment if rescheduled within a valid timeframe determined by the clinic.


3. Treatment Packages

  • Treatment package payments (e.g., multiple-session laser, hair transplant stages, cosmetic procedures) are non-refundable once the first session/treatment has commenced.

  • If a patient discontinues treatment midway, the remaining sessions’ value cannot be refunded but may be offered as credit for another service (subject to clinic approval).


4. Surgical Procedures

  • Fees paid for surgical procedures such as rhinoplasty, liposuction, hair transplant, breast surgery, etc., are non-refundable once the pre-operative process has begun.

  • If surgery must be postponed for medical reasons, the amount may be adjustable towards a later date upon submission of valid medical documents.


5. Medical Conditions & Results

  • Cosmetic results vary from person to person.
    No refunds are provided based on dissatisfaction with expected or perceived outcomes.

  • Refunds are not applicable if the doctor advises against the procedure or stops treatment for patient safety. In such cases, the clinic may, at its discretion, adjust the unused portion toward alternate treatments.


6. Refund Process (If Applicable)

  • Any approved refund will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original mode of payment.

  • The clinic may request ID proof, payment receipts, and a written request to initiate the process.


7. Products / Medicines

  • Products, consumables, and medications purchased from Kyra Clinic are non-returnable and non-refundable due to health and safety regulations.
