If done using the correct method, hair transplant surgeries are highly successful. In order to achieve a natural look, the follicles need to be transplanted at the recipient site with correct density, correct angle, and correct distance.

Like any surgical procedure, there are a few risks to a hair transplant, which is a long procedure that will continue for 1-2 years to achieve the desired look. Complications are rare, but they include significant scars and infection. Numbness near the donor region could also result from the surgery, which typically recovers in 2-3 months.

There won’t be any linear scars after the surgery. You may see many small wounds in the donor area. It will take about 3-5 days for the wounds to close, and small scabies will disappear in a week.
